These instructions will show you how to download necessary .class files and configure DrJava to use them.
Download the.zip file by clicking here. Choose to save it to disk. |

| Navigate to the folder you saved it to (Should be your CS125 folder if you finished Lab01). Check to see if you have a libraryFiles folder. If not, double click to extract it. You should now have a libraryFiles folder in the same folder. | ![]() |
| Open DrJava, and click on its name in the top left corner. Choose Preferences from the menu. | ![]() |
| You should see this screen. Click on the ADD button to add an extra classpath. | ![]() |
| Navigate to the folder you extracted the libraryFiles folder into, and click on libraryFiles to highlight it. Then, press Select. (DO NOT DOUBLE CLICK) | ![]() |
| You should now see the path selected in the window. You're done! Press OK to exit the preferences. | ![]() |

| Click on "Extract" | |
| Extract the files to U:\cs125. (If you are at home, you can substitute the correct drive letter for <U:>, eg. <C:>). It will then create a folder called "library" automatically. This folder contains the Board.class and Coordinate.class files that are needed. |

You can now close WinZip. Open DrJava and Select "Preferences" from the Edit menu. |

| Click "Add" and navigate to U:\cs125. Click on the "library" folder and then click on the "Select" button. Then click "OK" and the Board and Coordinate classes are ready to be used in DrJava. If you want to use Dr. Java in the interactions pane then you must either restart Dr. Java or click the 'Reset' button on the top tool bar beside the 'Compile All' button. |
