The term work will comprise assignments, an in-class midterm exam, and a final exam. See the Policies page for more information.
There will be five assignments, each with two parts: "exercises" and "problems". You may choose to work collaboratively, provided that you submit your own independent solutions. For details, see the Assignments page.
Marked assignments will be returned in class, as soon as ready. Students who miss that class may pick up their assignments during the instructor's office hours. All unclaimed assignments will be shredded (or similar) after the term grades are submitted to the Registrar.
The Office for Persons with Disabilities (OPD) collaborates with all academic departments to arrange appropriate accommodations for students with disabilities without compromising the academic integrity of the curriculum. If you require academic accommodations to lessen the impact of your disability, please register with the OPD at the beginning of each academic term.
