Group Formation Message sent to the course account

Email message should be in plain text (no attachments, no MIME, no .html, .doc, .rtf, .pdf, etc. files) and it must contain, on a separate line, for each team member, giving:

  1. full name (family"," private),
  2. student ID,
  3. WatIAM userid (just one word, leave off the "@uwaterloo.ca"),
  4. and preferred e-mail address
in that order on one line with a space between each pair of items. For example:

Fine, Larry 231 larry larry@threestooges.org
Howard, Curley 345 curley curley@threestooges.org
Howard, Moe 123 moe moe@threestooges.org

We will assign you a group number and tell you what it is. We will also assign your group a TA, who will serve as your customer and will grade all of your deliverables from then on.

Note: If the message is not in the specified format, it will be returned for correction, even if it's just to get it in plain text! If you are using a browser-based mailer, you will probably have to specify explicitly that the message be sent in plain text mode, by clicking on some option. Otherwise it will be packaged in a MIME message with an HTML version.
